THE PLUS PLEDGE

I will do my best to keep moving forward and reach out to the community when I feel stuck. I will make my career goals a priority because I am committed to using my strengths and skills to serve and make a difference in the world. I will try things that may not feel comfortable because I know that even failure leads to more progress.

I promise myself that I will commit to pursue my career dreams. I know I will get the most from my experience if I contribute and take action with what I learn. I will do my best to stay positive and believe in my ability to achieve personal and career growth. I know that my results are dependent upon me. I will not blame others for my lack of progress.

I will be open and honest regarding my wins, challenges, and fears. I promise to be a source of encouragement and support for all of my fellow members. I will protect our culture by respecting others and remembering to have fun. I realize that I am responsible for creating my own future.
